Refund Policy

 Introduction

At Udfine, we offer a simple and hassle-free warranty policy for products purchased through our online stores. If you need to make a claim, please contact us at  info@udfinefit.com or visit our warranty page for self-service options. Please note that this warranty is only available for products sold through Udfine's online stores.

The manufacturer's limited warranty does not override any statutory warranty provided by law.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products are eligible for a full refund, valid for 30 days from the original date of purchase if returned by Udfine registered users. Refunds will be facilitated once returned items have been received and inspected at Udfine's warehouse.

  • Returns must be accompanied by all accessories.
  • Items must be accompanied by the original packaging.
  • For non-quality-related warranty claims, the buyer will be liable for shipping expenses.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, Udfine refunds the cost of the product itself.

Returns may be declined if they fail to meet the criteria listed above. For accepted returns, we will supply a shipping label and directions on where to send your item. Returns sent to us without notifying us in advance will be refused.

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee must be submitted within the 30-day timeframe following the opening of a warranty claim. Products that have expired within this period cannot be refunded due to non-quality issues. Customers who made purchases from other outlets should reach out to retailers to apply for a refund. Quality-related issues should be addressed as per the instructions below. 

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

Udfine-registered customers enjoy a 12-month warranty for quality-related defects from the date of purchase. Products sold by authorized resellers are subject to their distinct warranty policies.

For quality-related warranty claims, an equal-value factory refurbished model will be used for replacement when available; otherwise, a new item will be sent. Coverage for all replacements will last either the same duration as the original defective item, or three months post-replacement, whichever time frame is longer. Warranties are invalidated when products are refunded in full.

Process:

  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Udfine must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
  • The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
  • In some instances, a return may be required for quality inspection.

Valid proof of purchase:

  • Order number from online purchases made through Udfine
  • Sales invoice
  • Dated sales receipt from Udfine's official sale channels that shows a description of the product along with its price.

Evidence of purchase may necessitate multiple forms of proof to successfully process a warranty application (e.g. proof of payment and confirmation of the item's original shipment address).

Warranty claims for manufacturing defects must be filed within 60 days of opening a warranty claim; any attempts to file a claim outside either the original warranty period or the 60-day time frame will not be accepted.

Shipping costs must be covered by the buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but were found by Udfine quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items using international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, and operating devices improperly)

Udfine is not liable for:

  • Loss of data incurred from the use of Udfine products
  • Returning personal items sent to Udfine

For returns involving a prepaid shipping label from Udfine, Udfine takes responsibility for any damage or loss during shipment. However, if the return is due to non-quality reasons, the buyer assumes responsibility for the item during transit. Udfine does not provide refunds if the item is damaged when returned due to a non-quality-related warranty claim.
